We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location:
- United States (standard): 7–17 business days
- United States (select items): 3–7 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Select products ship from our US warehouse and arrive faster. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after you receive this email.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at hello@glowskinritual.com and we will investigate with our shipping partner and arrange a resolution.
